Such third party sites may place their own cookies on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of such third parties. You are responsible for reviewing any third-party site\'s privacy policy, as it may be different from this Privacy Policy. The Company is not responsible for the actions of such third parties, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to such third parties, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to such third party sites on the Service does not constitute the Company' sponsorship of, or affiliation with, such third parties.

Additionally, this Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of the Developers and Developer Apps that incorporate the Service, as the Developers and Developer Apps are not controlled by the Company. However, Developers are bound by the Company' Terms of Service in order to use the Service. It is expected that Developers respect the privacy of their End Users, but the Company cannot be held responsible for the actions and practices of the Developers.

By registering with or submitting information through our Service, Developers and End Users agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and they expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their information, including personal information made available in use of the Service, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

The Company collects information as described below. The Company uses information that it collects to create accounts; fulfill requests for the Service; improve the Website, products and Service; contact Developers; conduct research; create reports for internal use and to fulfill the actions described below. Information that the Company may collect and use (directly or through third party service providers) includes but is not limited to the following:

From Developers. If you are a Developer, we may collect the following:

Your name or your company name, your email, App name and App platform(s), and other information as required to access the Service. We use this information to facilitate the relationship between the Service and you as a Developer of Apps using the Service. In order to run your App with the Service, you must have a privacy policy that discloses to your End-Users (a) what data and other information from your End-Users and their devices you are going to provide to the Company and what data and other information the Company will collect from and about your End-Users and their devices and (b) what uses the Company may make of any data or other information of your End-Users and their devices. Without limiting the foregoing, your privacy policy must specifically state that the Company may collect data and other information from and about your End-Users and their devices.

From End Users. If you are using an App that implements the Service, the Company may collect the following:

Authentication Information. When you authenticate your identity for an App using the Service, we may ask you to create a personalized username and may offer you the ability to authenticate through Twitter or Facebook credentials or with other third-party authentication services. This information may be linked with your chosen username or the hashed ID we assign to your device. When you register with the Company and sign in to the Service, you are not completely anonymous to us.

Facebook and Twitter Credentials. When you authenticate your identity through Facebook or Twitter, the Company has access to your user ID or username, Twitter handle or Facebook username, session key, timestamps, friend list and your profile picture URL provided by Twitter/Facebook (as applicable). These items may be used to build a profile for the End-User. The Company abides by all third-party services' terms and conditions when dealing with personal information.

Device-Specific Information. Device-specific information may include the following information about an End User' device: a hashed version of the unique device ID assigned to your iOS device, a hashed version of the device identifier associated with your Android device, platform type and version (e.g. iOS v4, Android, etc.), hardware and processor type, screen resolution and human-readable description. The Company may use a one-way algorithm to hash IDs -- the hashed versions of device IDs that the Company stores may not be converted back to recognizable device ID.

App-Specific Information. App-specific information is information about each End-User and the App they are using. This information may include App name, user ID, data related to downloading the app, data related to authorization within the app, device-specific information as defined in the preceding section, total sessions and duration, and geo-location data. The Company may share App-specific information with the Developer who owns the App.

Comment-Related Information. For each comment, this information may include but is not limited to the End-User' identifier (either their chosen username or a randomly generated ID), App ID, geo-location data, and the text and time stamp of the message. The Company may use this information to display activity on the Activity Pane and to allow Developers to moderate communications in their Apps. Information you post in comments in an App is publicly available and other people may see it. The amount and type of data captured from comments may be changed at any time with or without notice. End-Users who do not wish to share geo-location data may turn this option off either globally across all in-app activity or on an item-by-item basis.

Analytics Data. When you click on or look at certain items, we may store the data and use it for our internal analytics to improve our Service. This information includes but is not limited to the session ID, user ID or username, and session length. We may share all or some of this analytics data with Developers. Additional data may be collected in the future with or without notice.

Activity Pane. The Company may offer a user activity feature that publicly displays certain information about Apps and End Users of those Apps (e.g., a comment on an entity, a link to and thumbnail from an End-User' public profile) ( "Activity Pane" ). End-Users may not be notified when this information is displayed, but they may have to take an action (such as "liking" an entity) to appear on the Activity Pane. Regardless of whether a Developer decides to display the Activity Pane within the App, we may collect information about all of the Developer' End-Users for Developer' and/or the Company' records. We may collect the following information:

When an End-User likes an entity

When an End-User comments on an entity

When an End-User shares an entity

When an End-User views an entity

Any information the End-User adds to his/her profile

Location-related data if the End-User opts in

For each of those events we also include but do not limit to:

App-specific unique identifier

Session duration

Time stamp

Hardware (iPhone, iTouch, etc.)

App version
